1. PREPAREDNESS to be available during the 21-day Drill period (1st—21st February 2026) between 5am-6am and 9pm-10pm (WAT) without excuses of lack of mobile data, low smartphone battery, etc. If these will limit your daily participation, please reconsider your preparation.
2. READINESS to experience momentous individual discovery tasks, team playing, group work submission, and engagement in other humanitarian services to those around your location (family and friends).
3. WILLINGNESS to sign-up for certification upon your completion of the 21-day regimented leadership buildup drills.
N/B: Lead_On Edge Consulting is a social enterprise registered under CAC as a Human Resources and Development Service initiative; thus, the registration is free, participation is unavoidable, and the certification is integral.
The cost of the certification is #3,500, and you have a 3-Day after 21st February 2026 to have paid for it to a designated account that would be provided before receiving a value-worth certificate on leadership via your mail.
